1. Visit the Dineamic Wholesale website
2. Log in at the top right of the screen. Your username is your email. Your password was chosen when you set up your account via the initial Account Invitation email.
If you have forgotten your password, there is an option for you to send a ‘reset password’ email
3. Click ‘Order Now’ to view the range of Dineamic meals.
Type the quantity of each line item that you wish to add to your cart and then click ’ADD’
4. Click the cart button to review your order. If there are no errors, click the ‘Check Out’ button
5. Select your postcode and delivery day and click ‘Continue to payment method’
6. Your payment options will either be invoice account, if you have had this approved, or credit card
7. Select your preferred option then click ‘Complete Order’.
How do I create an account?
Get in touch via the contact us page and a Dineamic team member will reach out with the steps on becoming a Dineamic supplier.
I cannot login to my account?
For any account difficulties you can:
Reset your password on the login page dineamicwholesale.com/account/login
Login to your account in private or incognito mode on your browser

Is there a minimum order value?
Please note, there is a minimum order quantity of 20 units per order.
Can I re order what I had last time?
If you do want to reorder what you had in one of your previous orders, just log into your account, click on re order & hit the “Add order to Cart” button.
Delivery
What days and suburbs do you deliver to?
Delivery days depend on your store’s location. Please reach out via email or phone and we can check if we service your area.
What is the shelf life of Dineamic ready meals?
Our Ready Meals have a minimum shelf life of 10 days from the delivery date.
What is the shelf life of Dineamic soups?
Our Soups have a minimum shelf life of 30 days from the delivery date.
Will I get notified of the delivery?
You will receive the following notifications:
1. When you place your order you will get an order confirmation email
2. The night prior to the delivery you will get a pre delivery confirmation sms**
3. You will get a confirmation of delivery sms** and email to the contact details you have included withyour order
**Only mobile phones will receive sms delivery updates.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order up to 3 business days prior to the selected date of delivery by contacting our team directly.
We understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, and we strive to make your experience with Dineamic as smooth and convenient as possible.

How do I dispose of the delivery packaging?
Our delivery cartons are recyclable in your normal curb side recycling. You can cut open the gel packs and dispose of the liquid down the sink, then recycle the plastic however you would usually recycle your soft plastics.
Unfortunately, our delivery drivers are unable to collect delivery packaging items for reuse.

Payments and Credits
What payment options do you offer?
We offer the following payment methods:
• Invoiced to account If you have an approved account.
• We accept VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards, AMEX.

I have a billing query?
Please email accounts@dineamic.com.au or any billing queries.
How do I process credits and returns?
If you would like to request a credit, please fill in the claim form below. You can request a credit via this form for:
• Damaged stock
• Stock with QA issues before the UBD
• Incorrectly delivered stock
• Non delivery of stock
We'll review your request and if approved, we'll credit your online account on our system
Please note you can only submit the form for three line items at a time, so please submit it again if you need to process multiple SKUs.
Please note, all claims for damaged stock or QA issues must be submitted with uploaded photos of the meals, any damage clearly shown, and a picture of the UBD date so we can trace via our quality control system.
